Station III - Quick update

CHANGELOG

 -Added more Patron NPC's
-Added arrow controls for animations
-Server-room (wip) is now accessible (Calvin only)

 Note: Robin has no animations implemented yet!
Errors and bugs may appear, let me know how it goes!
